Over the last 3 years, CAST has seen an increase in the need for food. We know food parcels are not sustainable but, we can not turn a blind eye to the hunger in our communities. It has been a tough 3 years with Covid-19, civil unrest in KZN and floods, and the unemployment rate is at an all-time high.
