For many years, CAST's Youth Development programme has provided multiple sport ministries for boys.  During the last few months, Dale Nunes and Antony Mbugua have started a tennis team specifically for high school girls in KwaDabeka. This exciting new opportunity has provided the girls a safe place to go after school to spend time with their friends and gain confidence in a new skill. KwaDabeka Sports Day. Getting the youth more involved in the church was a vision for KwaDabeka Baptist this year and it seems the vision is becoming a reality. The Clan Takes On Southern Africa.

Armed with their brand new sneakers and an attitude of confidence, the KwaDabeka basketball team (aka The Clan) prepared to compete in the DHS Easter Tournament, against 25 schools from across Southern Africa. A few weeks prior to this tournament, the boys had been awarded with silver medals for coming second in a tournament at Marion Hills.
