2020 was undoubtedly one of the most difficult and challenging years for CAST, our church partners, communities and country. Just 2 years ago, CAST celebrated 10 years of serving the communities. During the month of December 2019, CAST was blessed with a total of 33 interns sponsored by ABSA Bank Ltd. in partnership with Catalyx Consulting as a host organization. Our duty was to implement the Youth Employment Service (YES) programme initiated by President Cyril Ramaphosa. Hope for the Future: Judith’s Story

Since joining CAST as a programme participant two years ago, 31-year-old Judith Abrams has made a valuable impact in giving back to her community as a volunteer for CAST’s Child Literacy and Youth Development programmes.
